Refund Policy for Lingawa
We understand that circumstances may change. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund options:
Full Refund
A full refund is available if you request it within 7 days of your initial purchase date, and have not yet accessed any course materials or lessons.
To request a full refund, please contact our customer support team at support@lingawa.com with your purchase details.
Partial Refund
If you have accessed course materials or lessons, a partial refund may be available depending on your progress and usage of the platform.
Partial refund requests must be made within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
To request a partial refund, please contact our customer support team at support@lingawa.com with your purchase details and a brief explanation of your reasons for requesting a refund.
Exceptions
No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the initial purchase date.
Refunds are not available for subscription renewals.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Monthly Subscription Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to make cancellations as smooth and fair as possible. Please read the details of our monthly subscription cancellation policy below:
Subscription Structure
Lingawa monthly subscriptions include at least 4 lessons per month.
Subscriptions renew automatically every 28 days (every 4 weeks), not based on the date of your last lesson.
Cancellation Window
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged for the next month, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date (the day of your final lesson for the month).
How to Cancel
To cancel, please email support@lingawa.com or use the cancellation option in your dashboard (if available).
You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.
Rescheduling and Pausing
We do not offer partial refunds for unused lessons once a new month has begun. If you need to pause your subscription temporarily (e.g., for travel or emergencies), please contact our support team. We're happy to accommodate where possible.
Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused lessons once a new month has begun.
If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access to the remaining lessons in your current billing cycle, and your subscription will not renew.
If your account has already been debited and no prior cancellation notice was given, we cannot issue a refund. However, you may still cancel your ongoing or future subscriptions to prevent further charges.
